    I've been going to Aaron for personal training for the last 7 months and I've seen a great improvement in my health, endurance and strength. He works out of a physical therapy office so there aren't a lot of people watching you do the workout: most of the time there are less than 5 other people in the gym.
    I feel that I get great 1:1 coaching from Aaron in multiple disciplines: nutrition, stretching, weightlifting and conditioning. When first going to Aaron I wasn't expecting to receive guidance on nutrition, but have been pleasantly surprised how Aaron shares his knowledge into the workout warm-ups and stretch periods. His workouts are challenging and I can tell he's adjusting the workouts to push me to be stronger and have more endurance. He's also a great teacher: when approaching a new exercise or lift Aaron makes sure the form is correct before piling on the weight.
    Most importantly you can tell after a few minutes of meeting him that he's a genuinely nice guy who cares about his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

    I having been training with Aaron for ten years now and he is amazing!! He works with you not only for your body type but your eating habits! He worked with me during both my pregnancies and to bounce back after. I would highly recommend his training skills to fine tune your current workout or start you on a new one.

    I started training with Aaron in 2003 after my first joint replacement. I needed to build stamina and muscle power after years of not being able to work out as much as I would have liked. He has been able to gear my workouts taking into account my limitations but at the same time keeping me in shape. I had my knee replaced in 2011 and was able to return to playing tennis and working out within a few months. I continue to work hard and stay in shape thanks to Aaron.

    I have trained with Aaron on and off over the past decade. The best decision I made was to get back in the gym with him as my trainer. He's knowledgeable, certified and has a positive influence on my overall health and fitness. I always get a great workout! I like that he challenges me and keep the workout fresh. I would highly recommend working with him.

    Aaron is very careful with injuries you have, areas that are painful and so on. He gets you to push yourself to your max, not his. Very individualized.

    Ive been working out with Aaron for 10+ years, recently he introduced me to CrossFit Circuit Training, and what a difference that has made! He is very careful to avoid injury and I am pain free by way of his understanding of my particular joint sensitivities. If you want to improve your overall health, the right way, Aaron is the man for the job. I would highly recommend him.

    I've been training for several years and just a few months ago I wanted to get into Boxing and conditioning.     I am a 16 year old athlete who plays baseball. I wanted to find a person who could really put together a workout program for me, and help me fulfill my offseason goals. Aaron has succeeded at doing so and has helped me come along to grow stronger and stay in shape. I have only been with Aaron for about 5 months and it has been great. Aaron is very professional and can help any person with any type of workout session they are looking to get in too. He is an easy person to talk too and get along with, which makes workouts very comfortable. I look forward to working with Aaron for years to come.

    I having been training with Aaron for ten years now and he is amazing!! He works with you not only for your body type but also with your nutrition and calorie intake. I trained with him during both of my pregnancies and he helped me bounce back into shape. I recently turned 40 and started adding kettle bells to my workout, I feel the healthiest I have ever felt in my life!! The studio is very nice and has everything you need to train!!     Only been training with Aaron for a couple of months but feel like I can comment already. I'm 56 and have let myself get way out of shape. Was a little apprehensive about going because of how out of shape I was and didn't really feel like opening up with someone I don't know. Aaron put me at ease and it became clear that he knows what he is doing. His approach is individualized and he varies things so each time tends to be its own experience. He pushes hard but pays attention to his client to make sure no one gets injured. He provides diet and nutritional training as well and is monitoring my weight and other measures. I already feel better and my clothes are already fitting better. I definitely will keep going and plan to post another review.

Until that point I had a good level of success as a player, but was ready to take it to the next level. Aaron crafted a training plan for me that aimed to make me the best conditioned athlete on the court. The results were amazing! I got into the best shape of my life that summer and my performance on the court showed. I was the conference player of the year and qualified for nationals. I continued training with Aaron going into my senior year and my successes continued on an upward trajectory. After college I remained training with Aaron while playing professional level events. When my tennis career ended, I decided on a career in the military. Aaron knew how to transition my physical training from success on the tennis court to being the best conditioned to withstand the rigors of Marine Corps Officer Candidate School. Aaron ensured that I was ready and though the Marine Corps training wasn't easy, I was physically and mentally prepared for the challenge. I've remained a loyal client of Aaron's over the years not only because he produces results, but because he is an incredible person. He is honest, hard-working, and professional. I have loved having him as a staple of my life and I know his other clients feel the same.

If I have a 'problem area' that I want to focus on, he adds more exercises to concentrate on that part of my body. The gym is clean, and I'm not intimidated going in and working out. There aren't any meat heads or gym rats that take up all of the equipment. I also love incorporating cardio and strength training to my hour workouts with Aaron!

    I have been lifting with Aaron for 4 years and have enjoyed every session. You can choose your intensity for each workout and he will motivate you to work as hard as you can. Aaron listens and will change up your sets if you would like to target a problem area. He is also certified in CrossFit training! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer, no matter your baseline level of fitness.

While my initial goal was weight loss and overall toning, I have to say after after a year of training, the absolute best part is how much stronger and healthier I feel.     Aaron is truly a rare find; a master in his field and the ultimate professional. I began training with Aaron when I was an awkward 14 year-old High School student. I was desperate to excel in football and wrestling, but needed a lot of help. He was able to design a training plan, nutrition plan, and he helped me develop the proper mental approach to succeed. His knowledge encompassed leading-edge training techniques, his enthusiasm was contagious, and his personal example was inspiring. The results were telling. I received All-State Honors in both football and wrestling my senior year in High School. Additionally, I ended up receiving an athletic scholarship to play college football (a dream that he was instrumental in helping me achieve). Aaron remained engaged with me throughout my college football career to include designing and overseeing a summer workout routine that pushed me to the extremes. I was always the best conditioned player arriving at training camp in the late summer and his in-season training plans helped me stay fit and avoid injury. Aaron's instruction and guidance helped me maximize the incredible experience of playing football in college. Upon graduation from college I took a drastic change in the direction of my physical conditioning when I decided to join the United States Marine Corps. Instead of helping me build muscle and focusing on speed training, Aaron transitioned my approach to lose weight and improve endurance. Again, I showed up to my initial Marine Corps training in incredible shape, able to handle the physical rigors of one of the most challenging organizations in the world. Aaron has a true passion for his profession. He constantly pushes himself to improve his knowledge and understanding in the field through continued education and new certifications. He tailors to the individual, exercises flexibility, and focuses on results. Aaron's goals-based approach is without competition. I offer Aaron my highest recommendation.
